About the festival :

 

SENSUN is a festival we create together. SENSUN wants to create and cultivate a culture of joint ownership and curiosity for the Danish trance scene.
This will contribute to an including, openhearted and respectful music and art community, where we can relish our love of trance,
but also grow by engaging the rest of the electronic scene. We believe in a music community, bigger than genres.

 

SENSUN is unhindered playtime, where we hunt for adventure in the meeting with each other and the surrounding nature.
The musical experience is elevated by visual art and kooky features, because we wish to create a creative sanctuary,
where everybody feels inspired to contribute with their own special talents. We want to challenge and widen our views of the world
– and get even more delightfully confused and confounded than we are to begin with.

 

SENSUN is a non-profit festival run by volunteers. We operate with full financial transparency and should we end up with a profit,
it will be given back to all of us as funding for future events. When artists, festival workers and organizers contribute their talent and
elbow grease without any financial interest, we create a space, where the desire of contributing to a collective experience comes first.

 

SENSUN is a collaboration between Psympatia, Nørrebro Kunsthus,
Nordic Sun, Streamfield and a handful of dedicated individuals.
